Support is based in our corporate headquarters in Newtown, Pennsylvania USA. Technical support is provided Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm, excluding US holidays. Technical support for Severity 1 level issues is provided 24/7 via phone and email.
The gr8 People platform leverages the SAML 2.0 protocol to support single sign-on integrations. gr8 People has also integrated with the third party platform Okta.

We have leveraged this framework to support English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Swedish, Romanian, Polish, Italian and Mandarin.
